With six dedicated Geotech machines operating from our Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney depots, Numac Drilling Services has one of the most diverse geotechnical drilling fleets among Australian geotechnical drilling companies. A mix of truck-mounted and crawler-mounted drilling machines allows us to access restricted metropolitan sites and remote regional areas effectively, and provide industry-leading geotechnical core and engineering drilling services, including site surveys and soil investigations.

All of our highly skilled geotech drillers are fully qualified holding Certificate III in Drilling Operations and a minimum Class 1 Water-Well Licence. We are versatile drilling contractors and regularly conduct surveys and works on a wide spectrum of sites and facilities such as mine sites, tailings storage facilities, dams and major infrastructure projects. With the addition of Sonic drilling rigs and Geoprobe® mounted cone penetration testing (CPT) systems to our drill rig fleet, we can now offer complete geotechnical solutions for any investigation, including environmental and geotechnical drilling, rock drilling and inclinometer installations.
